Exterior Remodeling Sanibel Florida: Front Stairs Renovation

Scope of Work: Completely rebuilt the stairs with new 6×6, ground contact rated (GCR), pressure treated (PT) post; 2×12 GCR, PT stringers, Trexx composite decking, Caribbean style accent handrails on the upper balcony, accent brackets in the upper corners. Leveled the joist for the upper balcony and installed new matching Trexx composite decking and PT 4×4 posts, wrapped in white PVC covers (no more maintenance).

This was a fully engineered and permitted project and Sunset Builders & Maintenance did all the work required to obtain the engineering prints and City of Sanibel Permitting.
